We start with a complimentary call to get to know you, learn about your project and your goals. We also take the opportunity to explain how our process works and answer any questions that you may have.

Then we schedule an in-home consultation session where we come to see your property and have a deeper conversation to discuss your rental goals, target guest profile, design direction, timelines and budget etc...

A design concept is developed after the consultation as a visual representation of what we think it's achievable for your property based on the condition of your property and your goals. We'll also send along the scope of work as well as our service fee proposal along with the design concept for you to decide if you wish to proceed with us further.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Once you've decided to proceed with us, we'll get to work and come up with a comprehensive design plan tailored to your property, with a focus on selecting products that are ready to ship, durable, and guest-friendly. It's a streamlined design process that requires minimum effort from you.

IMPLEMENTATION & FINISHIING TOUCHES

Our team will handle sourcing, coordinating deliveries and installations to prepare your property for a ready-to-rent state.

Once our visions and plans have been executed, we will come to your home for final styling to ensure a polished finish and set it up so that it's ready for photos.

If I need both renovation and furnishing, do you handle both as part of the service?

How do I know if this is the right service for me?

If you don't have the time, knowledge or desire to design and manage implementation, and are seeking a stress-free home transformation, this may be the right service for you. A Consultation is always the starting point after which you can decide if you want to move forward with Full Service interior design.
Can I use my own contractor?

Of course, we are happy to work with your contractor if you have one. Just keep in mind, we can only promise quality with our trusted contractors that we have worked with for many years. We have no prior experience with your contractor, but if you know a good one, why not.
Do you work with specific budgets?
