DISCOVERY

We start with a complimentary call to get to know you, learn about your project and your goals. We also take the opportunity to explain how our process works and answer any questions that you may have.

Then we schedule an in-home consultation session where we come to see your home and have a deeper conversation to discuss the scope of your project, intended use for the space, your lifestyle, design direction, timelines and budget etc...

A design concept is developed after the consultation as a visual representation of what we think it's achievable for your home based on the condition of your home and your preferences. We'll also send along the scope of work as well as our service fee proposal along with the design concept for you to decide if you wish to proceed with us further.

PROGRAMMING & DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

In this part of the process, we start with an early-stage collaborative workshop that we call a Programming session. This is where we gather and summarize your goals, needs, wishes and priorities for your project. Together, we establish a clear vision, ensuring that every detail is thoughtfully considered before design begins. This practical approach, often found in architecture, provides a solid foundation for our creative work and aligns with our commitment to functional beauty.

Once your requirements and preferences have been prioritized, we'll move on to creating a comprehensive design plan, from space planning to furniture selection, from custom cabinetry to electrical plan, from architect plan to city permit etc... It's a
collaborative process and your feedback is collected to ensure your vision and our design are always aligned.

IMPLEMENTATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We will order and oversee every detail of the installation. Our team will facilitate with trusted contractors and suppliers, handling timelines, budgets, and communication to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Once our visions and plans have been executed, we can come to your home for final styling before you get to enjoy your completed project.

A Consultation is always the starting point after which you can decide if you want to move forward with Full Service interior design.
Can I use my own contractor?

Of course, we are happy to work with your contractor if you have one. Just keep in mind, we can only promise quality with our trusted contractors that we have worked with for many years. We have no prior experience with your contractor, but if you know a good one, why not.
